Quote by SilentMasamuneHey, nice to see you're around. :) I've been ultimately occupied these days so I hardly have time for anything.

Haha, good thing you had the minute to drop by. :D
Take good care of yourself! :nya:

BTW, i just graduated from high school! Weeee~! Next step, college!

Quote by SilentMasamuneThis is a personally well-written review. The only curiosity that remains is the very game play that needs to be initiated, especially for those who have yet to play it. The game play sounds different from the other Final Fantasy games but similar to games like Condemned and Fear, which are not anime-based and should've been excluded from my synopsis. Good review, Victoria!

Thanks so much for the comment! I am very glad that you liked it! lol, I keep on bringing you back to Minitokyo don't I? lol
Do you think that we could get a review section in Limerock? I am thinking about procrastinating and making a gif banner for Limerock and the other groups that are mentioned on the Make a Friend group. . .

r q g

Hope you could drop by more often like before! :) :) :)
haha...

My my, if it isn't Mel. It really has been a long time since I last talked to you, that I have yet to notice you still do drop by on Minitokyo once in a while. Because of my recent work duties, I have been unable to talk to anyone while presumingly being "online" [which in ironic fashion and statement, being "online" isn't quite as true as many expected it to be].

To catch up on the times, this week has rather been an interesting one. Being obviously the youngest worker to be occupied under our dynasty corporation, it was rather intriguing to note the immaturity level going on around our office work space [from those much older than me, in a sense]. But it wasn't really that immature in a bad sense, it was just silly things people do to pass the time. While everyone was throwing in their files and typing madly like you won't believe [thank goodness we can bring out our MP3 players if we wanted to], this time, there were like four or five guys who are also good friends by the way, chewing loads of bubblegum tape from out of their pockets and flinging them against the rapidly spinning ceiling fan, just to see which ones would make it through and which ones would fling back at those poor relentless figures.

When the senior manager made a very unsuspecting presence beyond the front door, he suddenly waltzed in and everyone started whispering and panicking that the "big man" had arrived. As the senior manager roamed inside, the four or five guys who were scrambling to clean up the mess ran back to their chairs. Little did one of them know that they had some gum clinging to the back of his head.

What actually happened after the big scramble was completely hysterical and hilarious, you couldn't notice but laugh at first sight. Honestly, you should have been there to see for yourself. The senior manager who noticed the guy with the gum in his hair sat down and had a wonderfully polite chat with him. Then, as it looked as if he was about to pat his shoulder, he winded up from behind and slapped the guy plainly on the back of his head, the gum embedded in his hair. Followed by the words "Good work!" But don't worry, our senior manager is a great and humorous person as well. To wrap up everything, the Janitor scraped off the gum from the ceiling, we made origami out of paper clips during our last minutre break, and to end the day, took several of my co-workers to a nearby coffee shop just to discuss about life and the sorts.

Working for seven straight days is just as boring as looking at the frying pan and wondering when those pancakes might flip over themselves. **Grabs a fire extinguisher** Well, time to go. Do have fun! This morning has been a rather quiet one, believe me.

Quote by SilentMasamuneHey! You remember me? It's been quite a while hasn't it? Aww man I never got the chance to meet up with you, and I have a job now so I could spend money at my own will. I heard you may be moving to Florida. You know I'm gonna miss you if you move there, right? We have to meet up before you leave! ^_^ Take really good care!

Hey Mel, It has been awhile. Nice to hear from you. Congrats on the job <33
yeah, I'm in Florida now, I hate it here. the bugs and heat XD
really kills you. Anyway, I'm in a hurry <33 take good care :)

Quote by SilentMasamuneI'm doing good right now actually. ^_^ I have myself a job making money and I plan on visiting Canada next month. How could anyone go 2 years without a vacation? >.< That's what happens when I have no money, but that's about to change. Have you been going places lately?

I don't think I have the wallie touch anymore. I have not made any walls for about a year, and I'm going into graphic design? That's crazy, huh? Actually, I saw a few good wallpapers that inspired me, and I think I'm going to use fireflywishes' blood scan for my next wallpaper if I really come back. Okay, that story was boring, lol.

Here's the interesting stuff now. We have some crazy people on the job. Four co-workers and I were in a store and we saw these ugly (I mean butt ugly) girls come in the store. One of the co-workers said that one of the girls looks like Chubaka from Star Wars on the side and began to give out the Chubaka cry. The girl did not know what it was for, so she couldn't help but be silently embarassed by us, lol. And then 2 weeks ago, one of my co-workers complained about using the bathroom in sanction (sanction being his home) instead of going to the community center. This dude is 17 years old and complaining about such, lol. So he didn't get back to work until about 1:20 in the afternoon when work was supposed to resume at 1:00 sharp. Our higher-up told him that he should've used the bathroom in the community center provided the higher-up would be let known of the temporary absence. My co-worker said his stomach was hurting and he stayed home for that. He said, "I'm dead serious." Then the higher-up said, "you're not dead serious. You'll die serious." Ahahaha, the higher-up is 61 years old and he's mad funny!

Alright, talk to you later! ^_^

Going to Canada eh? xDDD rofl! Sorry couldn't resist, and no I may be Canadian, but I do not say that normally, hehe. Going places lately? Hell no, I'm in this household hiding from the public, there's a big lock on the door to keep everybody out. There's bars on the windows, so a man comes by and leaves me some bread and water, with some sugar cubes ... All I do is make little walking toys all day and get paid $8 an hour ...

No no, I'm just joking! Hahaa, hope you didn't think I was serious. Well I recently quit my job, because it was getting bad. Now normally I would just brush off some of the annoyances, but for minimum wage ... It wasn't worth it in the end. I gave a week's notice, and now I heard the manager is mad at me for quiting ... hahaa, what the hell? Stupid guy, can't even feel sad. He really wanted me to stay too, he kept trying to convince me, but I said no thanks. I never felt so good at walking out a place in my life! After being there for a year.

As for the graphic design thing, the wallpaper making doesn't help much. Don't worry about that, graphic design isn't just cool little effects in photoshop, it's much more, but good luck with that!

LOL, that story is funny as hell. Sounds really fun where you work. I like that kind of sarcastic and mean humour.

Ah well, nice to hear from yah, I'll see you, ciao!

Hello hello dear Mel! (Wow, been awhile since I wrote to you through MT, eh? ;)) I was bored so I figured I'd catch up with the people on my friendslist! Sounds like it's been pretty hot in NY as well as CA! Where I live, it's finally started to cool down, but as it always seems to go with me, I'll be heading to Southern CA this week for a wedding. Back to the heat! >_< So, how's work going? Hopefully the hours/co-workers aren't too stressful or anything... Well, hope that you are enjoying the rest of your summer before Fall classes start back up again! Jaa~

r q g

Oh, hey Mel. I saw your post in the MT discussion thread. How are you doing? You back for real on MT?

r q g

Quote by MelI think dust is growing on that box of yors. It'sa been out of use for nearly 2 weeks, lol. It's way too hot outside. Summer is really in full force this year, isn't it? Imagine having to work outside in 100 degree heat (which is what I do). Looks like Young Mel will be returning to bed. *sleeps*

lol then dust it! O.o but use a feather duster. the box is really sensitive. lol
and y arent u using the stellar-in-the-box to fan u if its getting too hot! lol thats y i gave her to u. to make your life more enjoyable. <3 i know! i cant step outside to get the mail and not have a 3rd degree burn on my amrs and legs. lol thats y i have a tan this year. T.T but it looks good. lol
wat do u do that makes u work out side? O__O =.='' just be careful to not get a heat stroke ok? lol

r q g

Quote by SilentMasamuneUgh man, another heat wave, lol. The work conditions were really grueling today too. Not even my morning shower was effective, lol. Anyway, how are things on your end? Hope to hear from you soon!

It's times like these where I wish it were winter. Lol then I'd be wishing it were summer haha. I wish things would cool down already. Even with the constant thunderstorms lately it hasn't been really cool. Then again it could be worse. I hear the west has it real bad and without any relief from rain. I just hope the temp goes back to semi-normal again. Don't know how much more heat Queens can take. Damn blackouts. Freaked me out last night when the power went out. Thankfully it only lasted for about 40 minutes.

Ugh only 9:30am and the heats already kicking in.
Anyways hope your keeping cool, later.

Hi! :)
I'm fine, but I still don't have permanent part time job, so I keep searching for some, at monday I have finally another job interview. The jobs I could find are just for one or two days, some paper work in the office, like copying, re-writting, putting advertisements in the envelopes and so... It's fine, but so damn boring...
Here is too hot too...:( I dream about having an pool and ice cream and cola with ice and so enjoying the vacations...hehe ;)
Wau, at least you will look good after this training lol ^^
I would die if I should work outside, I dislike sun. ^^
I wont have vacation too ;_; , so I need to try to relax at home. *sigh* if that just could be easy, but when my mum is at home, she keep telling me how lazy I'm...<.< parents are horrible
I think that I quite look forward to the start of the school hehe ;)
Have a nice week, bye! :)

Quote by SilentMasamuneIt has gotten all the way up to 100 degrees F here (equivalent to about 38 degrees C). While we work, that's killer. I heard there were at least 32 deaths in California due to temperatures around the same vicinity. If the boss doesn't believe in taking breaks, then too bad because I'll break, lol. I deposited over half a thousand dollars yesterday too for my paychecks, so I'm on a roll!

well that's not that much, well it's probably a bit hard to work at that temperature but it's not a killing one, you'll be able to handle it. so if your boss doesn't believe in taking breaks, that's not that bad, i mean you can take a break without him knowing that, he isn't there all the time to watch you.

r q g

Quote by SilentMasamuneI'm happy to be friends with you. ^_^ Anyway how are you doing? I hope everything is well. I've been working a lot lately and earning myself a bit of income. The money really helps for my personal wants and needs. Like, for instance I plan on visiting my girlfriend soon considering nothing bad happens between now and then. Then I'll focus on getting myself a new computer. I think that's a good plan, lol. Hope to hear from you soon! ^_^

Hi! I well ,thank´s! I don´t know how you can work with the heat it is in your country but i hope you are well .Hum..that´s because you are work so lately!?You are more lucky than me. you know why? That´s because you have a job and i don´t .But sooner or later i will have one...
About your girlfriend you are allrigth, since you are so far from her ,so many days :).
Some day i will buy a computer too^^...well i allready have the money but since i don´t have a job^, i can´t have the oportunity to spend it..we don´t know what can happens tomorow :D.And yes is a good plan i thing today every home´s have computers by this days...Well i have to go now...i realy like this conversation with you and i hope soon speak with you too...Oh! give a lot´s of kisses to your girlfriend, she will be greatfall for that ( is normal in a couple ^^, she didn´t see you a long time^^).See you around and i big kisse only because your girlfriend will be jealousy of me ;).By and take care.

Quote by SilentMasamuneThe job will last until I return to college, I assume, if not any earlier. They really have me working on the job now especially in the heat. Sometimes when I come home, I feel like I haven't bathed in days because of the grueling conditions, lol. I bathe though, don't get me wrong, ahahaha. Hmm, as for another wallpaper I might not get around to making one until I go back to college. I'll have plenty of time on my hands at that period. Good to hear from you again!

so you don't have that much free time. and working in the heat doesn't sound that nice, but hey, it won't do you any harm, so it's healthy as long as it doesn't kill you. how hot is it anyway?
