Definitely an improvement when taking into account your previous wallpapers. The
star field is very nice too and considering the whole atmosphere is spatial, the
amount of stars that were placed there is pretty good too. The extraction is
excellent as always (my tutorial came in handy, huh?). I can't say the same
about the bottom being too plain because the plain atmosphere is relatively
fitting. Though overall the whole wallpaper is a simple endeavor, the
improvement in quality has been demonstrated and I congratulate you for a job
well done. I hope to see more work from you soon.
This wallpaper looks quite good in design, though in some areas I see
graininess. If you blur those areas a bit, they'll appear closer to the average
texture of the wallpaper. Other than that, neat job!
There is too much focus on the character. The background is so blurred out that
there is hardly any feeling of darkness, not to mention that the background
shouldn't be blurred for such closeness. The text on the right is much too
large, and you probably made it large to eviscerate the emptiness the background
already includes. The blending of the fog on the bottom should be changed; it
seems to blend in irregularly in some places. Keep working at it.
Wonderful wallpaper. The shadows of the characters are really represented by the
lights in the background and off the wall. The buildings are an excellent design
and are the best example of fine artwork. . .if only other people would start
taking their time on them. The textures of the scans and the scans themselves
because of their design really fit this wallpaper. Excellent job as I see no
flaws.
Sorry, this is no crossover. This wallpaer is in member Nayako's gallery and
you've obviously ripped it and altered it in some way. Before the moderators
come around and warn you, I highly recommend deleting it out of your gallery.
I know the pattern fits with the character. When I took a look, it seemed good
enough to place in for the character. I know other characters the pattern
wouldn't be good for, but this one seems good enough.
Good work in your wallpaper. I must say that you are excellent at appendaging a
good background to the character already being featured. Most people can't even
match the colors of the background and the character up for nothing. Let me know when you're working on your next piece.
Though the perspective of the wall is unique, the results aren't as efficacious
to me as they are to others For one thing, I believe the clouds should have more
darkness on the bottom so it appears they are being seen from the ground and not
from a distance as it clearly is being seen in your wallpaper. The scan fits the
wall, but it's not really my taste. Keep at it.
You're really good at this artwork! It's not too hard to draw with the mouse,
but you have to constantly get a good glimpse of the artwork and then zoom in to
precisely edit the work.
It would be generally preferred if the spatial dimensions of the background
match that of the scan because they seem to clash right now. This also applies
for the burst of water below the scan. I'd also probably move the text a bit to
the bottom left since I think the appearance of the text over the more open
water away from the scan would be nicer. Even a little outer glow effect on the
text would balance out with the effects being produced from the scan. Keep up
the work.
Textures of the wall are usual. The background is really nice. Perhaps you
blurred the edges of the scan a little too much for they are fading into the
background instead of evenly blending in. Other than that, a very nice job
indeed. Keep up the good work!
You are certainly known for having the huge stars in the background! Also, you
probably know what I'll say about the grass, right? It doesn't seem to go into
the distance well since it's the only ground there. The legs of the scan seem to
terminate abruptly amidst the tall grass, and a bit of areas in which the legs
could be seen would enhance the wallpaper even more. The tree on the right seems
somewhat blurry considering it is not in the foreground, but the leaves on the
trees govern lots and lots of detail and depth for those trees. The clouds in
the sky are a neat endeavor too. Your extractions, for one thing, are top notch!
Keep up the good work!
Nice effects around the scan (I believe you used to do this a lot in the past).
The wallpaper is simple, but its simplicity makes it all the more worthwhile.
The only thing that bothers me is the magic circle on the bottom because the
horizon that the circle points to seems different from the horizon of the water,
as if the circle points skyward towards the background. It should be a little
bit flattened out, then you may notice a change with respect to its position
over the water. Keep up the good work!
The background seems simplistic on the top of the wallpaper, but to that end
with the effects on the bottom, the wallpaper generally maintains its focus. The
scan could be given a more vibrant color, and that could be achieved by
duplicating the scan layer and setting it to overlay. Also, for enhancement,
since there is light being reflected off the water, you could make the bottom of
the scan near her feet brighter. Keep up the work!
Ha, KamikazeKoga made a submission! How rare is that? It's
a really neat scan, but it would probably require a bit of CGing for it to be
used in a wallpaper.

What a dumb
description of the wall. So much for pointing out the good points about this
wallpaper.
The bubbles you used in your wallpaper are good. The wallpaper seems mostly
pattern format, though it is hard to see because the pattern colors are slightly
darker with much thinner lines and the background is overwhelmed with nearly the
same color, so it makes it seem simple. Winry looks mostly vectored with parts
of her with the same pattern, but it isn't bad at all. Keep up the good work!
This is a neat vector indeed. I see no flaws, and the internal jagged lines are
only natural; there is nothing wrong with that whatsoever. Hopefully, this will
eviscerate all the other crap that is being submitted on MT. Thanks, baby. I
love you too!
To my eyes, the extraction seems off in a few places. One of them is around the
thin strands of hair, and the other is around the clothing on the bottom left as
it seems to jut out more. Otherwise, the scan really fits the background you
created. I have a kinship for the overall texture that you used in your
wallpaper. Keep up the great work!
There is a bit of extraction problem through the hair on the right side as I see
white lines on the edges. Also, the scan seems to be disappearing a bit into the
background, so less opacity on the foreground would alleviate the display. The
background otherwise is pretty decent.
Yes, this is the kind of artwork that deserves to be highlighted. It's time well
spent, and the details are well caught. Not only that, but I firmly believe that
something of impeccable visual display should be taken for liberty of either
vectoring or CGing. Very nice job!
Many have already said it. When you look at the original scan and contrast, the
darker background seems more fitting in the end. I'd propose something mostly
black with a bit of orange or purple in it, like perhaps a black background with
a burning fire. The design of the background though would fit a scan that's more
tech than dark. Keep up the good work!
I surely advocate these designs. Though they seem simple because of mostly the
textures being used, they emit an essence pleasing to the eye. The scan
maintains its focus in this wallpaper and the elements that surround the scan
don't really take the eye away. Very nice design when compared to the cliche
selections of the highlighted submissions.

Good details on the hair. Yes you could add some shading to increase the spatial depth of the character, but it's excellent nonetheless. Keep it up!

This art most clearly resembles that of Martian Successor Nadesico. The scan is good, but it's probably something I'd never use for a wallpaper.
